The Pre Primary education at St. Peter’s High School encompasses an integrated curriculum to provide an enriched environment that inspires and nurtures a child. Specific attention is given to the age group ranging from 2.2 to 5.5 years for the development of: Personal, social and emotional development. This curriculum offers the students a broad spectrum and is here to develop attitudes for the future years to come, our focus to develop enthusiasm, perseverance and a questioning approach to life that will prepare them with skills for the next step in their life.

Admissions: Age Group

Pre – Nursery: 2 Years to 3.4 Years
Nursery: 3.5 Years to 4.4 Years
Kindergarten I: 4.4 Years to 5.5 Years
Kindergarten II: 5.5 years to 6.4 Years

The Primary Years consist of the following grades from I to V with the young minds being set in a wide spectrum of learning that emphasis on students gaining skills, mastery, confidence and independence. 

Basic learning curriculum is mapped over the following years for the students to relate in the studies that is spread over the junior study term. The curriculum is tailored to cover traditional learning with a complete programme that is unique and impressionable. In addition to this “Extra-Curricular Activities” plays an important role in the development of the child’s physical and mental abilities.

The Secondary School comprises of Grade VI to VIII and are known as the impressionable years, in which a student develops character and his / her own identity. At St. Peter’s High School the wide curriculum that is planned for the students involves academic brilliance as well as an intellectual simulation setup for the students to be involved in various activities and learning opportunities that bring forth collaborate work and progress.

Students in Grade VI follow two different streams of studies at St. Peter’s High School between the Matric and Cambridge setups that allows them to pursue their line of academic learning. 

Level: Grade VI – VIII and Matric

O Level

O Level

The middle school stream at “St. Peter’s High School” ends at Grade VIII and then students then decide the track that they will pursue, whether the Matric system or the O Level Stream. St. Peter’s High School is a registered center for the Cambridge Assessment International Examination(CAIE) under the PK 507. The academic years are divided into the following period of study for the students from Grade IX onwards:

Matric: 2 Years SSC
O level: 3 Years CAIE
Grade IX – Preparatory year for CAIE
Grade X – Appearing year (3 paper)
Grade XI –Appearing year (5 or 6 papers)

Students are given further choices in terms of their academic and career pursuits further on by letting them chooses subjects connected to: science, commerce or humanities. The counseling at this stage is also given to parents for them to understand the choices available to the students with regards to career planning.
